My mom and I split our quesabirria and aracherra tacos. Oh. My. God. Hands down the best tacos I've had all year. They gave us a sample before we bought too! I really recommend this food truck!
You will definitely find your birria taco fix here! The consomme is freakin outstanding. And just when you think it cannot get better, you can actually taste the beer-batter on the fish tacos! They definitely put love into their food, whatever you decide to have, you will not be disappointed.
This Food Truck is one of the best food trucks in El Paso, hands down. The food is fantastic, service is awesome. The owner an his wife truly take pride in the food that they serve and it shows. Everything on their menu is awesome. Highly Recommended.
I came from out of state and was deciding which food truck to decide on, while I was deciding they let me try a sample of the birra, and the lady made a whole sample quesadilla for me! Definitely recommend, super sweet and delicious. Definitely don’t get this back home! My new favorite place to come now when i come into town
Amazing service, the owner let me try a sample of the asada & a Birria taco & my mind was instantly made 😄 so much flavor in both and cooked to perfection 🤌🏽. Might be the best Birria in the El Paso area. It is a must try! (Would have taken better pics but was already half way through one of the plates! 😂)
I’ve been coming here for idk atleast over a year or 2 and the food is absolutely delicious! Best tacos In all of El Paso! they are consistent in flavor & service. I’ve recommended to friends and anyone that has gotten a chance to try has loved them as well. The owner and his wife are such genuine people . Definitely worth the try!
Absolutely deserves five stars! I tried the QuesaBirria and the Mar y Tierra Mega Burrito, and both were incredible. The QuesaBirria was perfectly cheesy, tender, and packed with rich flavor, especially when dipped in the consommé. The Mar y Tierra Mega Burrito was huge, fresh, and loaded with perfectly cooked meat and shrimp that blended together really well. Easily one of the best food trucks I’ve ever been to. I’ll definitely be coming back again and recommending it to others!

This food truck is an absolute gem! We tried the Surf & Turf Burrito and the Fish Tacos, and both were outstanding. The burrito was packed with flavor, generous portions, and perfectly cooked ingredients. The fish tacos were fresh, crispy, and some of the best we’ve had. What really made the experience special was the owner—super friendly, welcoming, and happy to offer free samples that instantly won us over. Great food, great people, and great service. A must-try for anyone who loves authentic, flavorful tacos and burritos!
Everyone deserves to hear the stories of your flavor! ‘West Coast Flavors’, has been more than just food but an adventure! The chefs cooking, is TRUE ART! The way you craft flavors feels almost intangible, like pure magic on the palate. Everything was phenomenal! Definitely wish I knew about “West Coast Flavors” when I first arrived to El Paso, I won’t be here for long but 100% they have earned a loyal customer especially when I make my frequent returns! Respectfully, I truly believe West Coast Flavors, deserves to be more than just El Paso’s best! I’m thinking bigger!
